Master’s degree in Management, Research, and Development from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), with a specialization in Industrial Management of Immunobiologicals from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and a degree in Industrial Chemical Processes from the Federal Institute of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ).

Having joined Bio-Manguinhos in 2003, she brings over two decades of experience in Production Processes and Pharmaceutical Quality Management, with notable work in Metrology, Validation, Audits, and Quality Control. Throughout her career, she has contributed to strengthening production capacity and ensuring compliance with the strict quality standards required by the health sector.
