Quality Policy
The Quality Policy of Bio-Manguinhos continuously seeks to raise awareness, adopt and apply quality standards in all areas of activity, highlighting the Bio-Manguinhos Quality Management System. It aims to maintain the quality of products respecting and looking for a safe environment.
Our commitment is, through the search for continuous improvement, to develop and produce vaccines, diagnostic reagents and biopharmaceuticals within the quality standards, motivating our employees, so that we will meet the expectations of our customers, with social responsibility and preservation of the environment.
Socio-Environmental Responsibility
Supporting projects in Fiocruz's neighboring communities, reducing differences, multiplying volunteers and sharing knowledge. These are the premises that guide the work of the Social and Environmental Responsibility of Bio-Manguinhos (Somar).
Created to provide proactive responses to the challenges faced by the population neighboring Fiocruz, it represents yet another instrument of Bio-Manguinhos' engaged action on sustainable development issues.
In this way, our employees can also take advantage of their potential to contribute even more to society. It is an opportunity to strengthen existing initiatives, propose actions and, consequently, make our activities more transparent.
