The International Symposium on Immunobiologicals (ISI) is a renowned global scientific event organized by the Immunobiological Technology Institute (Bio-Manguinhos/Fiocruz).
This year, in its 9th edition, the symposium continues to serve as a key platform for the exchange of knowledge and discussions around the latest advancements in the field of immunobiologicals. Topics covered range from vaccines and biopharmaceuticals to diagnostic reagents, as well as technological development, production, processing, market dynamics, and management in these sectors.
The ISI brings together professionals from the public health sector, researchers, and students from both Brazil and around the world, creating a vibrant environment for scientific collaboration. The event aims to foster the growth of scientific and technological development in global health, while also enhancing the visibility of scientific contributions in the biotechnology sector.
In its previous edition, held in May 2023, the ISI gathered more than 3,300 registrants from over 50 countries. The hybrid event, which took place over three days, included a series of panel discussions with presentations with 52 distinguished speakers, and the launch of a book. The event's focus on the future highlighted its relevance and significance in advancing immunobiological research and innovation.
With its strategic emphasis on the intersection of science, technology, and public health, the ISI plays a crucial role in supporting the development of new solutions that can contribute to global health improvements. In 2025, the 9th edition is expected to continue this tradition, offering even more opportunities for learning, networking, and collaboration among the international scientific community.
Stay tuned for updates on registration, speakers, and program details for the 9th edition of the ISI, and join us in shaping the future of immunobiologicals for a healthier world.
